Got a phone call today about an issue I left a comment on yesterday. Posh did issue me a store credit for the difference in the price of the coat. I appreciate that and will be back in to buy some new things. Thank you

Worst experience EVER! I went to the new store in franklin and I will never go back!! I was appauled at the way i was treated... Your better off shopping at mall! not sure who does the hiring but these girls obviously havent been trained in customer service..
